- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff have been rude and not helpful every time I have been to the place. Immediate care claims to be open until 7:00pm and has a large sign in front of office that says they stop taking patients at 6:45pm. I was just turned away at 630pm due to the doctor not having enough time to 'chart her clients' that day. I even had the staff ask the doctor to see me, but the doctor refused. After this trip, I will never go back there again. I encourage anyone else to go to a different immediate care also. There is one nearby in Lebanon, Indiana, and the staff there are much nicer.August 15, 2017by Jenna Crafton
